CommerceWest Bank Reports Earnings for 2018 – Record Q4 2018 EPS of $0.43 up 59% and Record YTD EPS of $1.47 up 20%

Irvine, California – January 29, 2019 – CommerceWest Bank reported record net income for the three months ended December 31, 2018 of $1,692,000 or $0.43 per common share, compared with net income of $1,073,000 or $0.27 per common share for the three months ended December 31, 2017, an EPS increase of 59%. The Bank also reported record net income for the twelve months ended December 31, 2018 of $5,937,000 or $1.47 per common share, compared with net income of $5,005,000 or $1.22 per common share for the twelve months ended December 31, 2017, an EPS increase of 20%.

Irvine, California – October 25, 2018 – CommerceWest Bank reported net income for the three months ended September 30, 2018 of $1,576,000 or $0.39 per common share, compared with net income of $1,345,000 or $0.33 per common share for the three months ended September 30, 2017, an EPS increase of 18%. Net income for the nine months ended September 30, 2018 of $4,245,000 or $1.04 per common share, compared with net income of $3,932,000 or $0.96 per common share for the nine months ended September 30, 2017, an EPS increase of 8%.

ALS, also called Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a neurological disease that causes dysfunction in the nerves and causes the brain to lose its ability to initiate and control muscle movement.
