Irvine, California – August 26, 2021 – CW Bancorp, the parent company of CommerceWest Bank announced the approval of a quarterly cash dividend by its Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share, payable October 1, 2021 to shareholders of record on September 10, 2021.
